Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds.

We accept exchanges on unopened paint (Fusion Mineral Paint, Alchemy, Wise Owl Paint, Fusion Milk Paint and Homestead House Milk Paint) for a period of 14 days from date of purchase. We do not offer refunds but can provide store credit.

**All furniture, household products, home decor, seasonal products, giftware and paint supplies are FINAL SALE. There are no refunds or exchanges on these products.

If you receive your shipment and discover a damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt via the 'contact us' page or at dovetailsandlavender@gmail.com so we can ensure we rectify the situation as soon as possible. Please ensure to keep the packaging and take photos of the damaged product along with the packaging for any claims we may make to the carrier.
