Shipping Policy

*New* Free shipping option on orders over $200

We are pleased to now offer free shipping on orders totalling $200 before tax! This option does not apply to furniture.

Furniture

We offer local pick-up or delivery for furniture pieces and do not ship out of the Ottawa area. Furniture items are excluded from the free shipping option of orders over $200. The delivery fee is dependent upon the distance travelled from our shop in Kanata and will be invoiced separately once payment is made for the furniture item.

Shipping Carrier

We ship via Canada Post, Purolator and UPS. Your products will normally arrive within 2-7 business days once it's shipped from our shop (assuming there are no unexpected circumstances or delays). Once your order is placed, it will be packaged and shipped the following business day.

Shipping rates are calculated once at checkout. A tracking number will be provided once your item is shipped. 

**Please note that our paint is kept in a temperature controlled setting here at the store. Some products are susceptible to freezing and we cannot guarantee once it leaves our shop that the Canadian outdoor elements will not be a factor. That being said, to ensure that you paint products are safe and in their optimal condition, please keep an eye on your tracking number and ensure to take your products inside once delivered. 

Local Pick-up

We offer local pick-up from our store located at 100-65 Denzil Doyle Court, Kanata, Ontario. Please ensure to let us know ahead of time when you'll be by so we can have your order ready! If our hours don't work for you, simply drop us an email and we'd be happy to set up a more convenient pick-up time!
